We recently had our carpets cleaned by Scott with Master Clean and I must say my wife and I are very impressed with the result. Scott was prompt as he was there when he said he was going to be, not only for the cleaning, but for the free walk through estimate as well. He worked very efficiently as he was at our house for right around 2 hours to clean all of our carpets and a large area rug in our kitchen. When I've had my carpets cleaned by other companies in the past there was always a musty smell after the job was complete. That was not the case with Master Clean as our house smells clean and fresh. I was the lucky winner of free carpet cleaning drawing Master Clean had at the 2011 Home Show at the Camplex. I had been planning to have our carpets cleaned as we had just got a new puppy, and boy, they needed cleaning. I was so pleased with the job Scott did for me, all the stains and odors are gone! He is respectful, helpful and very efficient. I would recommend Master Clean for anyone needing a thorough and professional job.

After returning home from being out of town for a few days I quickly learned there had been an accident in the basement of my home. An unpleasant odor had migrated upstairs and after further investigation I quickly learned my dog had gotten sick all over my newly installed carpeting. After surveying the mess and consulting the advice of a professional, I realized it was beyond my capabilities.
